First Place Personal Training Studio is an exclusive, personal training facility offering all types of fitness programs, post-rehabilitation fitness design, and nutrition programs. Our private training studio is available for use by appointment only and we are conveniently located in Orange Park, FL.
Our highly experienced and qualified personal trainers can develop a personalized exercise and nutrition plan to suit individual requirements. All of our trainers hold either an American Council on Exercise, National Academy of Sports Medicine or other current national certifications and are CPR certified. We have a licensed nutritionist on staff available to custom design nutrition programs.
As a private training facility, we are able to see new members by appointment and consultations are complimentary. Full resumes from all of our trainers are available on request.
We understand our clients have hectic schedules so we do not restrict our opening and closing hours and access is available whenever a trainer is available. There are no confining membership dues or contracts at First Place Personal Training, our clients attend on a package to package basis.
The atmosphere at First Place Personal Training is relaxed and non-intimidating, creating a unique place of exercise for absolute beginners and the advanced athlete.

There are no membership contracts at First Place Personal Training so we are able to offer cost effective session pack-ages for private training, semi private training and group classes. We have full shower facilities so come and work-out before you go to work!
Our private and semi-private personal training sessions are by appointment only, so you make your own schedule!
