Online Purchase Return Policy

At First Place Fitness Equipment, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their online purchases. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it (if unopened) for a full refund within the first 15 days of the date listed on the purchase invoice with the following guidelines and exceptions: *Sale Items* and *Items that have been mishandled, damaged or altered beyond reason*.

Please include a copy of your original invoice mailed with the order along with a brief explanation for the return. Doing so will allow for a prompt refund while helping us to improve our products and services offered to you. All returned items must be sent in the original container. Please carefully repack the merchandise in its original packaging; ship prepaid and insured to the following address:

When you visit a store and purchase, we want you 100% comfortable with your equipment. We strive to fit every customer with the very best unit at the best price. However, occasionally a customer feels that after using it for a few days it might not be the best fit for them. For this reason, we have the strongest return policy in the industry, because we know that you made this purchase to help you reach your goals.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we offer a “best price” to “best price” match to any unit in our store within the first 30 days! Should the new unit be at a lower price you may keep the additional value as store credit. It’s no wonder why our customers are so happy with us!
