Unopened Products

We accept returns on unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of the date you received them.

Opened or Assembled Products

Refunds

We'll issue refunds via your original payment method. Cash purchases will receive a refund by corporate check. Refund processing begins once we receive and inspect the returned item. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Free Curbside Shipping

Most orders over $499 qualify for free curbside shipping within the continental United States (excludes Alaska & Hawaii). For eligible products, please allow 2-10 business days for shipping. If an item is out of stock, we'll notify you with an estimated shipping time.

Exclusions
