Two signature modes set the STM 887 apart from belt treadmills: Push Mode adds a sled-push strength element to cardio sessions, and Cadence Training helps runners improve stride efficiency. The Smart Watch Connector lets exercisers tap an Apple Watch or Samsung Galaxy Watch to the console to sync heart rate, distance, speed, and calories in real time.
