The Precor EFX 585 elliptical brings the commercial 500 Line’s adjustable CrossRamp and moving handlebars to a footprint four inches shorter than other EFX models, topped with the P84 16-inch touchscreen console. It is built for lighter-use facilities – apartment gyms, hotels, and corporate wellness centers – where space is tight but members still expect a club-quality crosstrainer.

The adjustable CrossRamp sweeps from 10 to 35 degrees, letting users shift the work between glutes, quadriceps, and calves, while 20 resistance levels and 16 built-in workouts cover everyone from beginners to advanced exercisers. Moving handlebars turn each session into a full-body workout; fixed grips with touch heart rate sensors provide a stable lower-body-only option. Large open pedals and a low 8-inch step-up height keep the machine approachable.

P84 Touchscreen Console

The P84 features a 16-inch high-definition (1920 x 1080) capacitive touchscreen with PrecorCast wireless casting, integrated Netflix, YouTube, and Pluto TV, wireless device charging, an audio jack, and Bluetooth headphone pairing. Its Smart Watch Connector pairs Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch wearables, and the interface supports more than 20 languages.

As a Precor commercial 500 Series cardio unit, the EFX 585 carries Precor’s published warranty: 7-year frame, 5-year motor, 3-year parts, 3-year console, and 3-year labor for commercial installations (1-year labor when a commercial unit is placed in a home).
