Its Core Drive™ system centers the stride under the user’s balance point for a natural, stable feel, while AutoStride™ adjusts the stride length from 16″ to 27″ to match each user. Cardio 360® lets you isolate upper body, lower body, or train both together, and the orthopedic Soft Step footpads and biomechanically designed handles reduce joint stress over long sessions.
