This Hammer Strength plate-loaded machine is built for commercial-grade strength training and loads with standard Olympic plates. Independent iso-lateral arms let each side move on its own, so the stronger limb cannot compensate for the weaker one and left-to-right balance is trained directly. It works the lats, mid-back, and biceps through a pulling path.
