The TrakHandle Pro-X is one of only two Trak Fitness handles built around the company’s patented 3-axis rotation, which lets the handle move freely through multiple planes during every rep. That rotation lets your wrists, elbows and shoulders track naturally, so you can train through a fuller range of motion while reducing the joint stress that fixed handles create.
Sold here as a pack of two, the Pro-X is engineered for fitness-club use: strong and durable, yet only about one pound per handle. Each handle supports up to a 250 lb load and works on cable crossovers, functional trainers, single cable columns and resistance bands. The Pro-X is also designed to mount on the TrakBar 30 pull bar (sold separately) to build the most versatile cable attachment Trak Fitness offers.
