Product Description
The TrakHandle Sport uses Trak Fitness’s patented 3-axis rotation to let the handle move freely through multiple planes during any exercise. That unrestricted movement keeps the wrist, elbow and shoulder in natural alignment, opening up new cable exercises while reducing the repetitive-stress strain that standard fixed handles place on the joints.
Sold as a pair, the TrakHandle Sport is built to hold up in commercial gym settings and supports up to 150 lb. Use it to upgrade cable crossovers, functional trainers, Pilates equipment, Total Gyms, resistance bands and suspension trainers. The same handle is specified as original equipment by premium fitness brands including Promaxima, Pulse Fitness UK and Escape Fitness.
