The TrakHandle Pro-X is built around Trak Fitness’s patented 3-axis rotation, letting the handle move freely through multiple planes during every rep. That natural, unrestricted movement helps your wrists, elbows and shoulders stay aligned so you can train through a fuller range of motion while reducing joint strain.
Sold individually here (also available in a pack of two), the Pro-X is engineered for fitness-club use — strong and durable, yet only about one pound, with a 250 lb load rating.
