The Powerline PSM200 Smith Machine combines a guided Smith machine with a free-weight half rack in one compact footprint, giving your home gym biomechanically accurate movement plus heavy-duty safety. Squat, press and lunge on the 7°-angled Smith bar with 12 lockout points, or use the J-cups and safety spotters as a stand-alone half rack. Four integrated plate horns keep your Olympic plates organized, and the optional PLT200 Lat Attachment adds pulldowns and curls.
