The Body-Solid GVKR82B Vertical Knee Raise & Chin / Dip packs four bodyweight stations into one stable tower — vertical knee raises, lat pull-ups / chin-ups, dips and elevated push-ups. A 2" x 2" high-tensile steel mainframe with all-4-side welded construction eliminates wobble, while a signature 10° reverse pitch increases abdominal range of motion. Ultra-thick DuraFirm™ back pads add lumbar support and the push-up station sits a full 12" off the floor for a deeper stretch.
