The Body-Solid GLP-STK Pro Select Leg Press delivers heavy, joint-friendly leg training through a double-beam design that eliminates ankle stress and holds consistent resistance across the full range of motion. A pivoting, oversized non-slip press plate rotates forward and down to load the thighs, hamstrings and glutes, while a 2:1 ratio 210 lb. selectorized stack (upgradable to 310 lb.) makes 100 lb. feel like 200. The all-4-side-welded 2" x 4" high-tensile steel frame rides on precision pillow-block bearings for smooth, commercial-grade performance.
