Pull the jumbo pop-pin to raise the lifting arm, wrap your legs over the oversized 15.5″ roller for seated leg curls, then reposition the arm and roller behind your legs for leg extensions. A fully adjustable 7-gauge steel cam accommodates any user for smooth, controlled quad and hamstring training.
