The Nautilus Inspiration Dual Adjustable Pulley (DAP) is a functional cable station built for high-speed, sport-specific movement and user-defined motion paths. Two independent, fully adjustable pulleys let users train pushing, pulling, and rotational patterns from countless angles to improve balance, stability, and power. A 4:1 pulley ratio delivers up to 100 lb of resistance at the handle from each stack for fast, fluid cable work.
