The Nautilus Impact Standing Calf is a commercial selectorized strength machine that isolates and strengthens the calf muscles through a standing, shoulder-loaded heel-raise movement. It works the gastrocnemius and soleus as the user drives up onto the balls of the feet against a shoulder-supported load, building lower-leg strength.
