The NAUTILUS Leverage Deadlift Shrug is a commercial plate-loaded machine that recreates a barbell or trap-bar deadlift and shrug through swivel handles and a linear lever path, training the glutes, hamstrings, traps and back with added control and safety. Pre-stretch adjustment and spring-loaded pop pins support both bilateral and unilateral work, and the machine is built to handle heavy, high-volume loading.
