The Power Plate MOVE Stability Bar adds confident support to the MOVE platform for balance exercises, stretches, squats and standing workouts, helping make a wider range of movements accessible and effective. An integrated device holder lets you mount a phone or tablet and follow the guided videos in the Power Plate app while you train.

Assembly takes only a few minutes. The Stability Bar is compatible with the Power Plate MOVE only and is not compatible with the MOVE Power Shield; to combine a bar and shield, choose the MOVE Stability Bar with Power Shield kit instead. The MOVE machine and tablet shown are not included.
