The Nautilus Belt Squat is a commercial plate-loaded machine built to train the legs and glutes through a deep, hip-driven squat pattern while keeping load off the lower back. A non-slip ergonomic footplate and adjustable setup let lifters of every height and ability find a comfortable depth, making it equally suited to rehabilitation, general strength work, and advanced training.
Part of the premium Nautilus Leverage commercial plate-loaded strength range, it pairs a true 1:1 weight ratio and band-peg integration for scalable resistance with integrated storage for up to 12 Olympic plates.
