The Body-Solid Pro Clubline SPRJAM Jammer Arms add explosive pressing, pulling and rotational movements to a Body-Solid SPR1000 Power Rack. Each arm is built from 3″ x 3″ 11-gauge steel with oversized industrial hardware and carries an 11″ chrome-plated weight horn for Olympic plate loading, while multi-position grip handles allow both neutral and angled work — engineered for heavy commercial, team-sport and athletic-training use.
