The PowerBlock Pro 50 replaces an entire rack of fixed dumbbells with a single compact pair. Each dumbbell adjusts from 5 to 50 lbs across 19 settings in a footprint of roughly 13″ x 7″ — the equivalent of 19 pairs of traditional dumbbells, or about 1,045 lbs of iron, sitting on your floor instead of along a wall of racks.

Weight changes take seconds. A magnetic selector pin drops into the stack and locks the plates you want, so you can move between sets without swapping plates or returning the dumbbell to a cradle. Onboard 2.5 lb adder weights combine with the 5 lb plates for 2.5 lb jumps across the range.

The plates are urethane-coated steel in a tapered, V-shaped nesting design that keeps the weight from shifting or rolling mid-set, while color-coded rails let you read the selected weight at a glance. The contoured TPR handle is shaped for an open, full range of motion.

With the optional Pro Series attachments (sold separately), the Pro 50 also converts into a straight bar, EZ curl bar, or kettlebell, so one pair can cover most of a free-weight program. Each set ships as a pair and includes two handles, two selector pins, and four 2.5 lb adder weights, backed by a 5-year limited warranty for residential use.
