Made in the USA, the PowerBlock Elite USA 90 is the brand’s most compact expandable dumbbell. This Stage 1 set starts at 5–50 lbs per hand and grows to 70 lbs with the Stage 2 kit and 90 lbs with the Stage 3 kit, so a single pair keeps pace as you get stronger. At full expansion it replaces up to 28 pairs of fixed dumbbells and roughly 825 lbs of iron.

The core stack uses welded steel plates for a rock-solid feel built to take years of heavy use. A magnetic selector pin makes weight changes fast and smooth, onboard chrome micro weights fine-tune the load in 2.5 lb steps, and color-coded rails show the selected weight at a glance. The 32 mm knurled stainless-steel grip gives confident control under heavier loads.

With the optional Elite USA straight bar and EZ curl bar attachments (sold separately) the set converts into a barbell or curl bar for more exercises. Each pair ships with two knurled-grip handles, two selector pins, and four 2.5 lb micro weights, backed by a 5-year limited warranty for residential use.
