The PowerBlock Sport 24 is the most compact adjustable dumbbell PowerBlock makes, here in a Sky Blue finish. Each dumbbell adjusts from 3 to 24 lbs in 3 lb steps, replacing 8 pairs of fixed dumbbells — about 216 lbs of free weights — in a footprint of roughly 10″ by 5.5″.

Small 3 lb increments make the Sport 24 well suited to higher-rep training, warm-ups, rehab, and physical therapy where precise, gradual loading matters. A magnetic selector pin lets you change weights in seconds, with color-coded rails that line up with the handle chart so the selected load is easy to read.

The dumbbells are built with welded steel plates inside a durable powder-coat housing, and a contoured TPR grip gives a comfortable, non-slip hold through every set. Add the Sport 24 Straight Bar (sold separately) to turn the pair into an adjustable barbell for squats, rows, and curls.

Sold as a pair, each set includes two handles and two selector pins, and is backed by a 5-year limited warranty for residential use.
