The Centr BW1 is a different kind of home gym. Instead of a weight stack or plates, the BW1 lifts a portion of your body weight: slide one lever to pick from 15 resistance settings between 10% and 150% of what you weigh. That makes it quiet, easy to adjust mid-workout, and simple to share between people of different strength levels — nobody has to re-rack anything.

Built in matte-black powder-coated steel, the BW1 packs a fixed press arm for chest and shoulder work, a high pulley for lat pulldowns and triceps pressdowns, a low pulley for rows, curls and ab work, and a built-in leg curl/leg extension station. A revolving curl bar and a steel lat bar come in the box. At 43 in wide by 55 in deep it fits a spare bedroom or garage corner, and the 89 in max height clears a standard ceiling.

See the Centr BW1 in person at First Place Fitness Equipment showrooms in Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa and Sarasota. We deliver and install throughout Florida and ship nationwide.
