Product Description
The Body-Solid FID46 Flat/Incline/Decline Bench is a heavy-duty commercial bench built on a 13-gauge, 3-inch round-stock steel mainframe with synchronized 9-position seat and back pads that move together and lock with a glide-and-lock pull pin. The pads are a full 2¾ inches thick and will not bottom out, and the included removable leg developer adds prone leg curls and seated leg extensions for a full lower-body workout. It fits well in power racks, Smith machines and leverage gym systems.
