An adjustable CAM design lets users dial in a biceps curl or a triceps pressdown to their own anatomy, while the multi-grip rotating V-bar and 30° arm-stabilization pad deliver precise, joint-friendly alignment. Built from combination 2" x 2" and 2" x 4" steel and fitted with a 310 lb. weight stack, it’s engineered to handle daily commercial use while building defined arms.
