The Body-Solid GFID100B Flat/Incline/Decline Bench is a versatile FID bench for home and commercial use, built on a heavy-duty 2" x 3" steel frame rated for a 600 lb. load. Independent ladder-style back and pull-pin seat adjustments lock into eight positions, ultra-thick DuraFirm™ upholstery keeps you supported, and an included foot hold and oversize leg lock-down rollers stabilize you for decline and abdominal work. Transport wheels make it easy to move.
