The Body-Solid GFID31B Flat/Incline/Decline Bench uses a shortened base frame designed to fit inside Smith machines, power racks and multi-press racks for proper incline-press and shoulder-press positioning. A 6-position ladder-style back pad and 8-position seat pad support users of all sizes, and the included T-bar leg hold-down attachment plus thick DuraFirm™ upholstery make it solid for bent-knee sit-ups and crunches. Over 600 lb. capacity with transport wheels for easy mobility.
