The Body-Solid GHYP345B 45° Back Hyperextension strengthens the lower back, glutes and hamstrings through a controlled 45-degree extension that reduces spinal stress compared with flat designs. Heavy-duty 2" x 3" steel tubing supports a telescoping torso pad and adjustable thigh pads that dial in the fit for any user. Beyond hyperextensions it doubles for reverse hypers, Roman-chair sit-ups and weighted oblique work, making it a versatile core and posterior-chain station.
