The Body-Solid GSRM40B Seated Row Machine is a plate-loaded back builder engineered to add depth to the middle back and train the hard-to-reach lower lats. Fully adjustable to fit users of every size, it positions you with an extra-thick DuraFirm seat and chest pad for maximum pre-stretch — the key to deep muscle activation and a full range of motion. Four-way handgrips widen or narrow to direct resistance precisely where you want it. Weight plates and Olympic adapter sleeves are sold separately.
