The Body-Solid Pro Clubline DLATSF3 Pro•Dual Lat & Mid Row Machine is engineered with a high pulley directly overhead for optimum back and shoulder isolation. Its no-cable-change design lets you move seamlessly between long-pull lat pulldowns and seated mid-row exercises, while the extra-long pull-down bar permits wide, medium or narrow hand-grip positions. Built on a continuous four-side-welded commercial frame with a 310 lb. selectorized weight stack, the DLATSF3 works as a freestanding unit or as a modular component of the Pro•Dual multi-stack gym system.
