It securely locks onto the top plate and includes rubber strips for added stability, preventing any slipping or shifting during use. Crafted from premium cast iron and finished with a durable baked-on powder coat, this weight is built to withstand years of rigorous training.
Note: Due to the DFT’s 2:1 ratio, the incremental increase with this add-on is 2.5lbs.“
