These safety catches turn the outside bar rack of the BODYCRAFT EXP CSM Smith Machine into a free-weight station. With the catches in place you can squat and press with a standard barbell alongside the guided Smith bar.
Each catch sets in nine 6″ increments and locks with a two-peg system for quick, solid adjustment. They are laser-cut steel with a chrome-plated finish and are sold as a pair.
