The bench is 20” tall in the flat position, making dumbbells easy to reach, and features a seat that declines for added comfort and stability when inclined. The comfortable seat and seat back are made from 2” thick, high-density foam, covered in vinyl with upholstered back covers, providing both durability and comfort.
