The machine includes a gas-assisted lower footplate and a flip-up lumbar support pad for hack squats, along with a removable 3” calf block that works in conjunction with the Donkey Squat Pad and shoulder pads. The Donkey Squat Pad allows you to perform squats and calf raises with lower lumbar support, relieving spinal compression.
