The BodyKore MX1161 Functional Trainer is a commercial-grade dual adjustable pulley system built to deliver a complete cable workout in the comfort of a home or garage gym. With two independently adjustable pulley columns, it covers cable rows, presses, squats, lat pushdowns, chest flys, and dozens of other movements, making it one of the most versatile single machines you can own. Each column is powered by a 220 lb selectorized weight stack and runs on solid guide rails with industrial galvanized steel cables for smooth, consistent, gym-quality movement. Fifteen adjustable height positions let you set the pulleys precisely for any exercise and any user, and both stacks are upgradeable to 340 lb when you are ready for heavier loads. Multi-grip pull-up bars across the top add bodyweight training to the mix.

The MX1161 is designed to fit real spaces: it occupies just 18 square feet and includes on-board accessory storage to keep handles and attachments organized. It ships with a full set of cable attachments – two handles, a tricep rope, a tricep bar, an ankle strap, and a lat pulldown bar – so you can train immediately, and it accepts optional add-ons such as a lat pulldown seat and dip bar.

The frame is built from 3.5″ oval rolled steel tubing finished with a thermosetting electrostatic powder coat for a bright, glossy, durable shine, available in silver or black.
