The Centr 20 lb Weighted Vest adds load to push-ups, squats, lunges, walks and rucks. Sixteen 1.25 lb sandbags slide into eight front and eight back pockets, so you can start light and add weight in small steps while keeping the load balanced front to back.
Padded shoulder panels spread the weight, the Velcro side straps make it quick to put on and take off, and double-stitched seams hold up to regular use. One size is designed to fit most body types.
