Product Description
The Centr Multi-Adjustable Workout Bench (formerly the Inspire Fitness FID5) is built to be the only bench a home gym needs. The back pad moves through seven ladder positions from a −15° decline to a 75° incline, the seat has four positions from 0° to 30°, and a separate mid-back pad has four positions of its own, so you can fine-tune support for presses, rows and cable work.
A quick-release handle at the top of the back pad changes the angle without climbing off the bench. Upholstered pads sit on a welded steel frame, and wheels at the front make it easy to roll the bench up to a cable machine or out of the way.
