The Helix H1000 Digital Essential is the residential flagship of the Helix lateral-training line. Where a conventional elliptical strides front-to-back, the H1000 moves you side to side, working the body through all three planes of motion so more muscles are recruited in the same amount of time.

It pairs 20 electronically controlled resistance levels with a 10-inch Android touchscreen console — the same computer platform used on Helix’s top-of-the-line Club Connect. The console adds built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, phone mirroring, on-board apps, and on-demand Helix classes streamed directly on the machine. Helix’s patented lateral motion has been shown in independent clinical studies to increase core, glute, and thigh activation compared with traditional cardio.

Designed for home use and users up to 300 lbs, the H1000 occupies a compact 42 x 42.5-inch footprint, making it a strong fit for high-end home gyms.
