The Helix HLT3500 Club Connect is the top-of-the-line lateral trainer in the Helix range, built to withstand 24/7/365 commercial use. Like every Helix model it moves you side to side rather than front-to-back, working the body through all three planes of motion and recruiting muscles a conventional elliptical ignores — the obliques, inner thighs and outer thighs.
For 2026 it arrives in a new Night Black Matte finish with an upgraded, fast Android touchscreen console: built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, web browsing, phone screen mirroring, integrated “Brain Games” training apps, and live or on-demand Helix classes streamed directly on the console — no phone or tablet needed. It offers 20 levels of electronically controlled magnetic resistance and 12 programs including HIIT and intervals.
