The HOIST Fitness V1 ROM Pressing Arm is a press arm attachment for the V Series home gym. Designed to follow a predetermined exercise path, the V1 press arm features a range of motion (ROM) adjustment system that allows you to quickly change the exercise starting position to accommodate individual body size and beginning stretch preference. It adds pressing exercises to your V-Select Elite home gym for a smooth, natural, and quiet workout.

This V1 ROM Pressing Arm is a press arm attachment sold separately. It attaches to the HV-ELITE-G-MB V-Select Elite Base Frame (sold separately). A V Series home gym requires both a base frame and a pressing arm option, so customers should order this pressing arm together with the V-Select Elite base.
