The HOIST RS-2602 Rotary Torso is part of the ROC-IT selectorized line, built on HOIST’s patented rocking motion: the seat and torso travel through the exercise so the core stays engaged while the target muscles do the work, giving a more dynamic feel than a fixed-seat machine.
