The Inspire SF3 Smith Functional Trainer (now sold by the manufacturer as the Centr 3 Home Gym) is a two-in-one home gym built around dual 165 lb weight stacks, two sliding adjustable pulleys, a pull-up station, and a fully integrated Selectorized Smith bar. The patented weight-multiplier lets the Smith bar draw from the stacks for up to 360 lb of resistance with built-in safeties, so no Olympic plates or spotter are required, while the frictionless cable system handles virtually any functional movement.
