The SF6 is the Inspire Series machine that sits between the Centr 3 and the FT2 PRO: a true Smith machine and a full functional trainer sharing one frame. The patented quick-change Smith bar is selectorized — pull the pin, pick a stack setting and press — and the built-in weight multiplier takes it to 350 lb of resistance with no plates to load or spot. Self-setting safeties mean no drops.

On the cable side, two 165 lb stacks (upgradable) feed a six-pulley system: two upper, two lower and two wide dual-swivel pulleys with 30 height positions each, at a 2:1 ratio for smooth, commercial-grade feel. A multi-grip, diamond-knurled pull-up bar adjusts to three heights and is rated to 350 lb. Central storage holds the accessories, two water bottles and a tablet. Triceps rope, multi-purpose belt, two D-handles, dual-hook curl bar and ankle strap are in the box.
