At the heart of the my8 is electronically controlled proMOTION technology: retractable resistance cables offer three precise, preset resistance levels selectable at the push of a button, with no manual adjustment required. PrecisionWave Technology and a DualSync Twin Motor System keep the 30-45Hz vibration (adjustable in 1Hz increments) perfectly balanced across Low and High amplitude settings, and built-in connectivity displays your heart rate by syncing with Myzone and compatible Bluetooth devices.
