The Power Plate pro5 brings the company’s commercial-grade whole body vibration technology into a single, studio-ready platform. Built on decades of vibration-training research, it delivers PrecisionWave harmonic vibration across a 25 to 50 Hz range adjustable in 1 Hz increments, so users can dial in intensity gradually. A large training surface gives room for a wide range of standing, seated, and floor exercises while spreading vibration across more of the body.
Proven across wellness, fitness, active-aging, sports performance, and rehabilitation settings, the pro5 is operated through a user-friendly interactive console with preset frequencies and time options up to nine minutes.
