The Power Plate pro8 is the brand’s largest and most advanced whole body vibration platform, engineered for elite health clubs, trainers, and demanding home users. It pairs PrecisionWave harmonic vibration with a DualSync twin-motor system that holds precise balance across the full 25 to 50 Hz frequency range, adjustable in 1 Hz increments. An integrated 10.1-inch LCD touchscreen runs Power Plate’s proprietary software, giving access to coach-led programs and a movement library directly at the machine.
What sets the pro8 apart is its built-in proMOTION technology: electronically controlled, multidirectional resistance cables with low, medium, and high settings managed from the touchscreen, allowing dynamic strength and mobility work on top of the vibrating platform. The generous training surface supports loads up to 500 lb, sessions run up to 9 minutes in 15-second increments, and the interface supports multiple languages. A password-enabled locking system makes it suitable for shared and commercial environments.
