The Power Plate REV is an indoor exercise bike reimagined around Power Plate’s patent-pending VibeShift technology. As you pedal, calibrated vibration is delivered through the pedals to add controlled instability and resistance to every stroke, the same principle elite cyclists use to build power. The result is a markedly higher level of muscle activation, calorie burn, and cardiovascular effort compared with a conventional fitness bike, all from a machine engineered to commercial-grade standards.
This Matte Black finish, Extra Height (for 6’0″ and taller) model pairs a rear aluminum flywheel and belt drive with dual-sided SPD and toe-cage pedals, plus vertical and fore-aft seat and handlebar adjustment so riders can dial in a precise fit. An LED console reports heart rate, RPM, speed, watts, distance, calories, resistance, and vibration status, powered by a rechargeable battery or external supply. Intuitive resistance and vibration controls make it straightforward to ride harder in less time.
