The PowerBlock PowerBench 2.0 brings together the heavy-duty build of the original PowerBench and the versatility of the SportBench in one adjustable platform. It is engineered to hold up to 1,000 lbs, so it stays planted while you press, row, and incline with a full pair of heavy dumbbells.

The back pad sets to flat, 30, 45, 60, and 80 degrees while the seat moves between flat and a 20-degree incline, giving you 16 unique positions to hit different angles on the bench press and isolate new muscle groups. Adjustments happen quickly without a selector pin: lift the pad and move the support rod to the angle you want.

A 37-inch, three-inch-thick textured foam pad keeps you comfortable and supported through long sessions, and the 1.2-inch gap between the seat and back pad gives your neck room on heavy lifts. Roller wheels and adjustable leveling mounts let you reposition the bench easily and keep it steady on uneven floors. The black powder-coat finish resists corrosion and wipes clean.

The PowerBench 2.0 also accepts the Ab, Dip, and Pull-Up attachments (sold separately), turning a single bench into a compact home gym station for core work, dips, and pull-ups.
