The PowerBlock Pro Series EZ Curl Bar gives you an adjustable curl bar without buying a single weight plate. Add your Pro 50 or Pro Series EXP adjustable dumbbells to each end and the angled grip is ready for biceps curls, triceps extensions, and pressing work, all from a tool that stores in the space of one bar.
A 25 mm knurled steel bar delivers a secure, comfortable grip, while the magnetic selector pin makes weight changes nearly instant. Included micro weights let you fine-tune the load in 2.5 lb steps, and the weight chart printed on the handle keeps every adjustment quick to read.
The bar measures 33 inches between the grips and 48 inches overall, giving you room for a natural curl path. It pairs with PowerBlock Pro Series (Pro 50, Pro EXP) and Urethane Series (U50, U70, U90) dumbbells.
